Preschool News
The preschool children had a fun month of May with our 2nd
annual Bike a Thon, a field trip to see the animals at Lola's
farm and our closing program. We were blessed with over
6/17 Father’s Day Brunch $800 in donations from the Bike a Thon and $740 from the
raffle.
The chapel was filled with proud families on May 16 as the
6/17 Welcome Pastor Vedder children sang about Jesus. We have 6 children that will be
leaving us to attend kindergarten this fall. I have been blessed
to be able to share the love of Jesus with Addison Huettig,
6/24 Welcome Pastor Adolf Adysen Pierce, Ava Bruns, Emree Louder, Phenyx
Christopherson and Taylar Harris. They will make amazing
kindergarten students.
7/8-7/13 VBS With these children advancing to kindergarten it leaves us with
the opportunity to include new students for next year. Please
share with your family and friends about the EEC and how we

We will be discussing Chapter 4 of our Bible
study,'Stepping Out'.
Following our Bible study and meeting, we will have a
salad lunch.
Then we are going to Windsor's Nursery for a gardening
workshop.
Jamie Windsor always has good tips to share; should be
fun and interesting! At that time you will have a choice to
plant a pot of annual flowers or a container of succulent
plants. You can bring your own pot/container to plant in
or you can purchase a pot/container at the nursery. The
price of pots start at about $3.00 and goes up from there.
You will also pay for the plants/flowers you chose to put
in your pot. So the nursery can be better prepared for us, I
need a head count on how many will be attending.
I will have a sign up sheet on the Emmaus Room door or
you can call or text me at 208-358-3750. What a fun way to
kick off the summer! ALL ladies are welcome to join us.
