there, go left, take that portal. From here you will need the crescent key for
doors inside(or a rogue with 300 picking).
Continue in, kill big tree boss and take door behind him. When you enter The Prison
Chamber(big blue swirling vortex imprisoning big ugly dog), take a quick right and
take the first corrider you see. Inside you will find a library, and the vendor is
right down the stairs.
