Q 1: What is reflective Practice? Being a teacher, how will you reflect on your teaching?
Note: Give at least four ways you can use to reflect on your teaching. (5 Marks)
Ans:Reflective practice is a way of studying your own experiences to improve the way you
work. It is very useful for health professionals who want to carry on learning throughout
their lives.

1. Can I state one thing that the students took back with them after my lesson?
2. Can I state one thing that I wanted to do but was not able to it because of insufficient
time?
3. Can I state one thing that I should not have done in this lesson?
4. Can I state one thing that I think I did well?
Q 2: Being a teacher, how will you apply Zone of Proximal Development presented by
Vygotsky in your classroom? Explain with classroom examples. (5 Marks)
Ans: being a teacher it is the duty to satisfied the child or student needs related to
education. Being a teacher i apply proximal development presented by vygotsky in the
classroom as a starting level child is struggling to learn how to read. By working with the
student to teach how to sound out words and use other word recognition strategies, the
child is able to learn to read. if we talk about higher level than a medical student struggles to
effectively put in stitches. A more experienced student helps her to learn how to do so
through modeling, then helping, then releasing full responsibility to the newer student.
