employees – Requested – Regarding.

We, the Typists-cum-Computer Operators working in Revenue

Department, Telangana State, humbly submit that we are working in
Revenue Department since 2005 onwards on meagre salaries, belong to
poor Below Poverty Line families and working to the utmost satisfaction
of the superior officers.

In this regard, we humbly submit that the Typists-cum-Computer

Operators working in Revenue Department against the regular vacant
sanctioned posts which are under Non-Plan and are performing the
duties at Mandal Level as shown below:

 Mee-Seva Services
 Webland (Computerization of Land Records)
 Preparation of Online Pay Bills
 General Elections / Graduates Constituency Work
 Compilation of Social Security Pension (Aasara) / Food Security
Cards data.
  Regularization of Government lands under G.O. Ms. No. 58 & 59 &
G.O. 92.
 SADABAINAMA
 LEC Cards
 Prajavani
 Video Conference Maintenance
 Updation of Kalyana Lakshmi / Shadi Mubarak proposals
 Co-ordination with District and Divisional Offices.
 Overall Office correspondence, etc.
Further, it is to submit that the Hon’ble Chief Minister of
Telangana has recently announced that the Government will pay one
month basic pay to the staff in Revenue Department including the
Typists-cum-Computer Operators on successful completion of the LRUP
project in Telangana State. But the payment of one month basic salary to
Typists -cum-Computer Operators is kept pending for want of Budget
from the Government.

In view of the above and keeping view our sincere services to the
Department and our overall involvement with dedicated efforts for
successful completion of the LRUP Project in the State, we humbly
request your good-self kindly to issue necessary instructions to the
District Collectors in the State of Telangana to release one month basic
pay to the Typists-cum-Computer Operators working in Revenue
Department, from the budget available with the Collectors to avoid any
further delay in payment, for which act of kindness, we shall be ever
grateful to you Sir.
