TREASURY PERSONNEL ORDER NO.

In the interest and exigency of the service, ATTY WILLIAM A. BELUSO, JR.,
Director III, Legal Service and Mr. Byron F. Leyran, Special Investigator I, are
hereby directed and authorized to attend in the hearing of Civil Case No. 1368-C
entitled RP vs. Lanbank, et. al. on 7 June 2018 at 8:30 A.M. before the Regional Trial
Court, Branch 71, Candon, Ilocos Sur.

They shall leave on 6 June 2018, and shall return on 8 June, 2018.

The travel thereat of Atty. Beluso and Mr. Byron F. Leyran shall be on official
business.

As such they shall be entitled to accommodation and transportation allowance

including per diem and other reasonable incidental expenses, subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

This Treasury Personnel Order shall take effect immediately. All other
orders/memoranda inconsistent herewith are hereby deemed revoked and/or
modified accordingly.
