Details Experience:
As can be seen from my past experience has been very broad. An emphasis on a neat and tidy personal
appearance allied with accuracy in the tasks being undertaken is very important to me in my duties. My
career has always been my upper most importance to me. Woking in an office environment has taught me
how to be able co-ordinate with other companies outside and colleges, organising meetings, being able to
work on my own and running a general office and members off the public.
Whilst for a Retirement Company I set-up their accounts on to a computerised system, as their system were
done via daily book keeping. I fulfilled each month to end of month reconciliation, and year-end accounts.
I have now moved into the Administration field to which I find more job satisfaction. There are many areas
that I have learnt whilst working for a Mental Health Hospital, i.e. Protocols, Policies, and Security.
I am in receipt of the most delicate, confidential and personal information given my role.
I always act ethically and maintain strictest confidentiality taking due account of the data protection act and
our contractual and policy requirements about maintaining strict confidentiality.
I am able to use a wide range of computer packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Desk Top
Publishing. I have produced all sorts of documents from letters to reports to posters and accounts. I have
responsibility to maintain and process wide range records of visitors, telephone calls, and security issues and
staff attendance.
I believe it is extremely important for me to work flexibly and responsively at all times to support my
colleagues and to meet the changing needs and demands of my role, my managers and the company.
My customer experience has been my present focus, looking after staff. Working along side departmental
manager assisting in various duties, Team building, assisting staff in their daily duties.
