CALL TO ORDER

Executive Director Cullem called the meeting to order at 10:33am.

3. Receive Report and Discuss the Operation of the Test Slant Well, and the Final HWG
Hydrogeologic Investigation Technical Report - Cook/Crooks
Action: Received report; discussed

Chris Cook, Engineering Manager at Cal Am, gave an update on the test slant well and gave
feedback on the Hydrogeological Technical Report. He answered questions of the board.

Executive Director Cullem noted that 4 Hydrogeologists have signed off on the technical report.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

• Michael Baer, resident, asked a question of Chris Cook regarding the slant well and
groundwater divide. He also asked about protecting local wells.

Chris Cook responded to public comment from Mr. Baer.

On a motion by Member Narigi, seconded by Member Stoldt, and carried by the following vote,
the MPRWA Technical Advisory Committee received the Hydrogeological report and
recommend that it be considered a complete analysis by the Authority Directors:
AYES: 5 MEMBERS: Narigi, Peake, Riley, Stoldt, Cullem
NOES: 0 MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: 4 MEMBERS: Huss, Riedl, Sciuto, Van Der Maaten
ABSTAIN: 0 MEMBERS: None
RECUSED: 0 MEMBERS: None

ADJOURNMENT

Executive Director Cullem adjourned the meeting at 11:38pm.
