GUIDELINES & SALARY OUTLININGS

. The Selected candidates keeps the right of being getting posted at the desired location subject to the final decision of HRD after discussion
salary- Min- Rs.28,000/-to Rs. 1,25000/- per month + incentives, per month on your performance You are going to get employment in Spicejet
Limited.

. You have to deposit an refundable security amount by cash 9750/- 23/05/2018 into the Bank (Bank of Maharashtra or Vijaya Bank),online
Paytm, RTGH/NEFT and Cash etc. The job profile and salary offered by company will be mention in your call letter. Your call letter and air
ticket will dispatch very shortly after receiving your confirmation of security deposited in to the bank. The security amount paid by the candidate
is refundable amount.

. REASONS OF PAYMENT :- If you are been selected or not, This amount will be refundable to all candidates, it is just a security deposit as
assuring your presence on the interview date and venue, we send your call letter, air/train tickets and also make the above mentioned
arrangements in order to give a comfortable interview that would be paid by the company itself and if you fail to appearor the job Recruitment
interview which causes a huge loss to the company, the interview becomes shabby hence we fail to recruit the needed manpower but with your
security deposit we will be assured that our expenses will not be wasted. This amount will be refunded to you on the same day of your interview.

Late reporting candidates will be not allowed in the process. We are strictly concerned on time management as per the values of the company.

Note- You can call in official working hours Monday to Saturday- 9 Am to 5 Pm. After the working hours your call will not be accepted.
