PSMOC MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

Gun Club Affiliation:

 Gun clubs should be registered with the SEC and recognized by the PNP-FEO
 Affiliation Fee: P3,000 for founding gun clubs until 30 June 2015
 For founding gun clubs, their 15 members will have free individual membership
 Individual members in excess of 15 will pay the individual membership fee for
founding members of P500 until 30 June 2015.
 Affiliated gun clubs can host PSMOC sanctioned matches

Individual Membership:

 Sports shooters who are members of SEC registered and PNP-FEO recognized
gun clubs can apply for individual membership
 After 30 June 2015, the membership fee will be P500 + P1,000 annual dues
 Members can join PSMOC sanctioned matches and will receive an ID card and
rulebook

Life Membership Fee: P7,000

Procedure:

1. Forms can be downloaded from www.psmoc.org.ph

2. Scanned filled up forms and supporting documents can be emailed to:
psmoc15@gmail.com
3. Fees should be deposited to the following bank account:

4. Write the name of your Gun Club for gun club affiliation fees or your name for
individual membership fees on the bank receipt before scanning.
5. Send the scanned bank receipt via email to: psmoc15@gmail.com
6. You may contact Mobile no. 0915-8150927 for verification or further inquiries.
7. The ID cards and rulebooks will be sent via LBC to the indicated address. Add
P100 for shipping cost per member
