ETM-WT Electronic Temperature Monitor

1. Description:

ETM-WT Electronic Temperature Monitor accepts

Pt100 RTD resistance input from sensor mounted on
transformer tank and indicates the Top Winding
temperature of the transformer. Winding Temperature
of the oil-immersed transformers is calculated from
temperature gradient based on CT Secondary current
corresponding to the load current and the top oil
temperature. The CT secondary current, temperature
gradient and thermal time constant settings are all user
configurable. ETM also has 2 or 4 SPDT relay contact
outputs for winding temperature. Optionally, analog
4-20mA dc outputs and RS 485 ports can also be
provided. ETM has a simple user friendly front panel
configuration. ETM is field mountable with a rugged
IP55 water proof enclosure.

♦ A YELLOW LED indicates the Maximum Temperature of WTI
♦ RED LED indication for the ALARM, TRIP FAN1 or FAN2 ON
♦ Operates a relay with a SPDT contact when the inputs exceed the setting.
♦ If a RTD goes open circuit, it is detected, the displays “OPEN”. A failed RTD will not cause TRIP.
