PROCEDURE
To Issue Fire ( 4001 ) and Burglary ( 4010 ) policy through TAB kindly follow below steps.

Tick check box - no claim in past 3 years declaration to be mention

Mention Block description
If hypothecation is there then click on check box and mention bank name
Mention address and click on proceed button

If discount is available then select CD and mention discount %, if loading is required then select loading and mention
loading %
For sum insured click on check box of each category and mention description sum insured.

If customer required add on covers then need to select add on covers.

Mention No of stories, floor.
If user want Burglary policy along with fire policy then tick on do you want burglary coverage check box.

System will show premium for fire and burglary, click on proceed button.

Select Payment option, make payment. Fire and Burglary Policy will get issued.
User will have 2 payment options
1.Bill Desk payment gateway
2.Bank Payment-User will have to enter the receipt no and Transaction no as per file shared

On successful policy generation –Policy no’s will be displayed on the screen as shown below
