Tahoe National Forest is located in California in the North Central Sierra
Nevada Range, between Lake Tahoe on the east, and the Sacramento Valley on the
west. The land rises from an elevation of 1,500 feet in the west where the land is
characterized by steep walled river canyons, to 9,400 feet to rugged rolling ridges
at the Sierra Crest on the east. The forest contains abundant and varied natural
resources and provides countless opportunities for your enjoyment as a forest visitor.
Horseback riders, pack trains, hunters and hikers have been using trails in the
Tahoe National Forest since the turn of the century.
Special Note about the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT): Congress
established the PCT on October 2, 1968 with passage of the National Trail
System Act. The PCT runs for 2,500 miles generally following mountain divides
from Mexico to Canada, through California, Oregon, and Washington. Mechanized
and motorized equipment is prohibited, this includes motorcycles and bicycles. Hiking Tinker’s Knob, Truckee. ~ Photo by Olof Carmel

LOOKING FOR A LAKE TAHOE
OR TRUCKEE VACATION HOME?
Let me help you find the perfect home. No matter what type of property you are looking for…
A cute cabin in the woods or a stunning lakefront home, a cozy family retreat or a seasonal
fractional ownership, a ski condo or an empty lot to build your dream home…I can expertly

What’s an ABR®?
A buyer’s representative represents the consumer who is purchasing property,
not the seller. A buyer’s representative works for and owes fiduciary responsibilities to the
real estate buyer. It is the buyer representative that has buyer’s best interests in mind
throughout the entire real estate transaction.

“For real estate consumers, the one credential to look for

is the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation
from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council
of the National Association of REALTOR’S®”
-- Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine
