COMPLIANCE

COMES NOW, the Director, PNP Intelligence Group, Camp Crame,

Quezon by and through the undersigned Legal Officer and unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully submits his compliance, and avers, that:

1. On February 12, 2008, PNP-IG received an Order

dated January 28, 2008 [Annex “A”] issued by the Honorable
Court giving the Group Commander of PNP Intelligence Group,
Camp Crame, Quezon City five (5) days from receipt to show
cause in writing the whereabouts of the accused Araceli “Cely”
Noguera and Josephine Torres Fajardo.

2. In compliance therewith, please be informed that

immediately after the inquest proceedings on December 5, 2007,
accused Aracely Noguera and Josephine Fajardo, who were
arrested for violation of RA 8042 (Illegal Recruitment) and Estafa,
were turned over to the PNP Custodial Center also in Camp
Crame, Quezon City. Attached as Annex “B” is the Certificate of
Detention dated February 13, 2008 issued by the Acting Chief,
PNP Custodial Center.

3. Please be informed further that the said accused

were already arraigned on January 31, 2008 in their Illegal
Recruitment case before the RTC, NCJR, Branch ___, Quezon
City and the next scheduled hearing will be on March 11, 2008.
Attached is the Notification as Annex “C”.

WHEREFORE premises considered, the undersigned respectfully pray

unto this Honorable Court that this compliance be noted and accepted.

Other relief, proper and just under the premises is also being prayed for.
