BukluRun 2017

As part of the 9th Founding Anniversary of Baliwag Polythecnic College (BTECH), last

August 24, 2017. BukluRun becomes the tradition that symbolize the truth and openness to

feature the Educational Institution.

Buklurun came from the word “Buklod” which means is to unite. Its main purpose is to

unite all the students of BTECH (the BTECHenyos). The freshmens of Senior High School and

College run to promote the core values of BTECH: Academic Excellence, Innovativeness,

Patriotism, Integrity and Stewardship.

Before the ceremony started, an institutional mass was conducted to ask for the guidance

of our Lord to make the two days event a success.

The ceremony began with an oath taking led by Mr. Aldon A. Nacu, the Vice President

of Sangguniang Mag-aaral College, which was held at Student Activity Center (SAC). All the

participants are ready to run with the Clubs Organization academics and non-academics are there

to support and be united as one. All participants run within the vicinity of Baliwag, from BTECH

turn left to FCAT, then right to St. Mary’s College, to St. Augustine church to Glorieta Park and

then back to BTECH.

All the participants had their selfies and groufies with their new friends. You could see in

their faces that they enjoyed the run even though they are tired.
