Hostel charges per month : Rs. 4,000/- p.m. (seat rent) + Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable
Caution Deposit, one time only) (Seat Rent for a semester has
to be paid at the beginning)

Admission formalities to be completed by : As specified by WBJEE Board

Documents to be produced at the time of admission :

o Self attested copy of allotment letter (2 sets) issued by WBJEE Board

o Self attested copy of Caste Certificate (Compulsory for SC / ST / OBC candidates)
o Photocopy of WBJECA - 2016 Admit Card along with the Rank Card
o Self attested copy of Age Proof Certificate
o Self attested copy of 10th or equivalent mark sheet
o Self attested copy of 12th or equivalent mark sheet
o Self attested copy of Graduation mark sheets (Part 1, 2 & 3 as applicable)
o Original Migration Certificate
o Original Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
o Original Eye certificate regarding “No Colour Blindness” from a registered eye
specialist
o Photocopy of Blood Group Certificate
o 4 (Four) passport size colour photographs
o Affidavits in the prescribed format (available in the Institute website: www.heritageit.edu
 Admissions  MCA  Affidavit) to be executed in Non-Judicial Stamp Paper(s) of
Rs. 10/- by the candidate and his / her guardian individually

N.B.: Candidates are directed to note that they have to retain additional
attested photocopies of all the documents apart from the original, as
mentioned above, without fail, as it would be required for University
Registration / Bank Loan / Miscellaneous purposes.
