PARTIAL CREDIT for multiple responses (key or student) if at least one of the student's response(s) is/are correct.
If C=#correct answers in key, M=#missing and I=#incorrect in student's answer, then:
The partial credit is: 1-[M|f1|+I|f2|]/N, where N=C if strict, N=1 if lenient, f1 and f2 are the Penalty Factors you specify below.
Penalty Factors (f1, f2, f3) = 1 1 1 {set f3=1, 0 or -1; set to zero to force negative scores to
A penalty factor of zero essentially gives full credit for partially correct answers.
Setting f>0 imposes pro-rated penalty times f (e.g. f=0.5 means subtract (0.5/C) for every missing or incorrect answer).
Setting f<0 imposes a fixed penalty (e.g. f=-0.2 means subtract 0.2 for every incorrect or missing answer).
The partial credit is multiplied by the specified points for correct answer in row 2 above (or row 4 if negative).
You may add 1-digit scores embedded in the "ID" to the current total.
