Terms & Conditions governing the engagement of Resident Engineers and Assistant
Resident Engineers etc. on short term basis.

WAPCOS Limited an 'ISO 9001-2008' "Mini Ratna-I" Organization intends to engage

Resident Engineers and Assistant Resident Engineers etc. for the following posts on short term
basis for its ongoing AMRUT projects in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The requisite
qualification and experience prescribed are as under:

Salary & age shall be commensurate to qualification and experience.

1. Those who are working in Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required
to apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate.
2. The posts are purely on temporary basis for its projects requirements.
3. Relevant experience will be given due weightage.
4. Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to
be called for interviews.
5. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWBMD will be as per Government rules.
6. Preference will be given to SC/ST/OBC/ PWBMD candidates if otherwise found
suitable.
7. The candidate shall be engaged against above project only. However, they are liable to
be posted anywhere in India or abroad as per exigencies of works of the company.
8. The mere fact that a candidate appearing in Walk-in-Interview against the
advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement
would not bestow on him/her the right to be definitely called for personal
interview/considered further for engagement.
