Briefly stated Abbas S/O Abdul Qadir resident of Deen pur Wan Khara lodged an
FIR No 8/18 ( u/s 161PPC, 5/2/47 PCA dated 30-1-2018 in Anti-Corruption Kasur.
He pleaded that on 22/08/16 Changa Manga Police arrested/caught him and
during course of investigation (for four days )he was found innocent and ASI Ali
Raza & HC Iqbal took Rs. 30000 bribe to release him.
The accused Police officials stated
that a year and half back, they had
arrested the accused in PS Changa
Manga because of being previous
convict having following record.

Later, they released him after interrogating him and sending his relevant particulars
to CRO which was in the knowledge of SHO and SDPO of the time. Further, Ali Raza
ASI has been Incharge Talwandi for the past ---- months and and has not been
posted in PS Changa Manga in recent past.
Prima facie, registration of a case, after more than one and half year is intended for
maligning Police officials and for ulterior motives. However the matter is further
being investigated and parties have been called to the office of the undersigned on
Monday 19 February 2018.

Further, one application of above mentioned complainant i.e. Abbas is pending in the office of the
undersigned in which he has complained high headedness of SHO & Constable Iqbal of Changa Manga.
The date of hearing parties is upcoming Monday.
