    The Bylaws of the Nation of Caponia

    Preamble:
    Following the fall of America, these Bylaws are written on behalf of the people. In the
    halls of Their old congress, Caponia is born. After years of economic decline and suffering of the
    American People, a revolution was held to remove a government that did nothing. Today, the
    Bylaws of Caponia are written by the People to bring about a peaceful world. Everyone in this
    Hall today shares one common goal: creating a better way forward. These delegates were chosen
    because of their great ideals and their eagerness to change the future. Forged by the suffering
    under America and Formed by progress, Caponia will right the wrongs of the past.
