ngs information relating to due process violations by the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVI
CE: et al: yet as of today I have not received a single: lawful: response from y
our office.
Even after repeated requests for an account of your investigation into this matt
er no lawful response has ever been received.
The INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, INC. a tax and audit firm is a collections agency:
a Delaware Corporation: and fall under Title 5: at best: of the U. S. Code and
the INTERNAL REVENUE CODE does not apply to them.
The INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE were ruled unconstitutional in 1929 by the UNITED S
TATES SUPREME COURT in U. S. v. Constantine so under what part of legality do I
have to respond to anything I receive from the IRS? Answer: NONE!
In affidavit I requested from: CONGRESS: THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET: th
e OMB NUMBER for the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE as a government entity: NO RESPON
SE from either. I requested the bidding procedure making the IRS a government Co
ntractor: NO RESPONSE. Same with FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: NO RESPONSE.
I would suggest you study the following documents: Trading with the Enemy Act: T
he Reformation Act: Administrative Procedures Act: All treasonous acts involving
government employees and all involve due process violations. The Reformation Ac
t is how they screwed the South following the Civil War: stole land from the Ori
ginal People and are using it today to screw people in courts of law. Then you c
an start looking into civil rights violations as they reflect to all the people:

These entities are guilty of the following: Fraudulent conveyances: fraud by tri
ckery: collusion: mail fraud: tax fraud: aiding and abetting: extortion: grand t
heft: Fraud in the inducement and embezzlement of private funds: violation of Oa
th and Bond.
It has been stated that the United Nations Charter suspended the Constitution. W
ell sir now we have TREASON on the part of both the President of the United Stat

e office for which our supposed government employees are running do not lawfully
exist under a suspended Constitution.
