ln line with the transfer of Meralco meter name to the unit owners, please be informed that
Meralco is requiring a notarized SPA allowing the clienfs Atty-in-Fact to specifically perform the
following act:

'To execute, sign ond/or submit applicotion for ond contract of electric selice, woiver,
undertoking, gront of right of woy or any other required papes ond documents ond pay ony or oll
necessory fees ond deposits in connection with the opplication of electric seruice with Merolco ot
my/our unit."

Attached is a copy of the SPA format that needs to be accomplished by all unit olrn"r, of midrise
buildings who will assign representatives to accept the unit in their behalf.
