WHAT IS OUR MOVEMENT – WHO WE ARE

Our Movement DOES NOT HAVE LEADERS - PRESIDENTS - VICE-CHAIRMEN - SECRETARIES -CEOS- POLITICIANS-
MEMBERS OF THE PARLIAMENT.
Our movement consists of Hellenes and is addressed to Hellenes and all Nations living on the planet.
Our thoughts have one, unique centre called HELLENE-HELLAS-HELLENISM.
Which means, “Only for the Hellenes in origin and in race.”
Our proposal, of course, can be copied and used by any other nation for it’s benefits.

We have decided to remain anonymous until national elections are held in Hellas.
Our movement has to do with ideas rather than faces.
We have taken elements of governance that are currently active around the globe and we are trying to adopt
these policies to our own society (Switzerland: Constitution & Governance, Sweden: Education, Oman:
Foreign Nationals, etc.).
We have also studied the founding laws of Hellas, including the Constitution and all current laws, codes, and
regulations that are in accordance with it.

With our movement, we seek to benefit from these new policies and not to cause harm. We are a peaceful
movement.
We are not a political party because a party does not belong to democracy and the democratic ideals.
We are the bearers of an idea.
This is the sole reason THAT NOBODY REPRESENTS US.
WE DO NOT HAVE A LEADER, EXECUTIVES, SECRETARIES,OR ANY MEMBERS OF THE PARLIAMENT OR
REPRESENTATIVES.
Know that if a political person appears to be a part of our movement, HE DOES NOT REPRESENT US.
We do not have offices.
We do not have a phone.
We do not have email.

OUR IDEAS DO NOT HAVE A FACE AND DO NOT BELONG TO ANYONE.

OUR IDEAS AND KNOWLEDGE BELONG TO ALL.
WE DO NOT WANT MEMBERS, NOR FOLLOWERS.
WE ARE NOT REQUESTING SUBSCRIPTIONS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS OR FINANCING.
We have decided not to appear until the political system declares national elections.
THEN AND ONLY THEN, through democratic procedures, will all of us/you, following this idea, be asked to nominate
your regional representative or representatives, who will participate in elections as candidate/candidates. ONLY FOR
THE SOLE PURPOSE OF OUR DECLARATION.
Then those who are candidates, will have to take an oath.
This is the way the system works at this time and we cannot change that! We do not want to have riots, or
some sort of revolution. We want to modify the system, within the way the system works.
To be represented in parliament, we must change the ways of governance and try to move smoothly to what
is defined in our declaration.

We all know and understand what's good for our well-being.

We know and understand that our betterment is good for each of our fellow humans and and for our society,
and nation.
Our declaration and our idea will be translated into as many languages as we can, to make it known to all nations
across the globe.

As a Hellene I take an oath in front of Hellenism, Hellenic nation and fellows and partners, I commit to myself that :
I am Hellene in origin and in gene.
I dont belong or participate in any religion, team, (freemason) hall, political movement or anything else that is
opposite within the principals of Hellas and Hellenism.
To defend what's fair, to conserve the laws and the equivalence that are agreed upon with the constitution of Hellas
and I will not allow anyone to abuse the right or the rights of my fellow citizens.
To conserve the constitution, the rights and the liberties that are defined by it, mostly for the equality of humans and
to take care of the exact observance and improvement of it.
To protect everything mentionted above, as the principles of Hellenes and Hellenism for always and to impart them
to my fellows and all the people, especially to the young, and to always explain the pure admnistration that results
from them.
Never to serve selfish interests, nor to accept or give into pressures from anyone and to only serve the benefits of the
Hellenes, Hellas and Hellenism.
To defend even with my own life, if it's necessary, the National independence, the unity, and the integrity of my
country and nation, and against everyone that is a national threat.
The current oath was read aloud and understood by the oath taker and the witnesses that attended it’s

IMMEDIATE GOVERMENT THROUGH REFERENDUMS.

Right now we have 325 municipalities that are going to stay the way they are.
Rescission of the territorial subdivision of a municipality which is called “municipal units” or
“communities”.
The regions will divide into: THRACE –MACEDONIA – EPIRUS – THESSALY – EUBOEA – EAST
CENTRAL HELLAS – WEST CENTRAL HELLAS – PELOPONNESE (OR Peloponnesus)
IONIAN – NORTH AEGEAN – SOUTH AEGEAN – CRETA.

MUNICIPALITIES AND REGIONS WILL BECOME SELF-GOVERNING AGAIN.

WAY AND REGULATIONS OF SELF-GOVERNING - THE ROLE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE

PARLIAMENT/ MINISTERS
Every two years (but sooner if needed),we hold local elections ONLY for the municipality.
The elections will appoint two objects, the legislative and the administrative.
The legislative.
The legislative will consist of 10 people of which 2 will have the role of the member of the parliament to
impose the will of the citizens (which came through referendums) into the central government in order to be
implemented or into the parliament to enact law. (at every meeting one of the two must be present)

THE ASSEMBLΥ MEN WILL HAVE NO RIGHT TO VOTE IN THE PARLIAMENT

But they will have the right of the appeal a decision of other municipalty that is against the benefits of their
own municipality.

The legislatives will be unpaid. But their travel expenses from and to their region will be covered by the
ministry of transportation.
Administrative.
The administrative will be composed of 20 people that must have completed tertiary education.
The 8 of them will be in the disposal of central government and the other 12 will remain in the municipality.
The 12 remaining in the municipality will be voted, through refenderum, on the level of region that their
municipality belongs to and the regional governor.
The 8, that are in the disposal of government, voted though national refenderum, will be defined by 8+1, 1
being Minister and the remaining 8 that will be deputy ministers.
The ministers will alternate in the premiership for 3 months each.
No one will have the right to second term, as minister, within the first two years after elected into office
From the 12 remaining in the municipality, they will alternate in the mayor position every 2 months.
No one will have the right to second term as mayor within the first two years after elected into office.
The maximum someone can serve in the administration is 4 years. After years he/she may not run again.
However, he will be allowed to remain as a simple worker (without the right to occupy an administration
position) after the end of his term (because it may have been exceptional).
The administrative will be paid.
EVERYONE IS IMMEDIATELY DESPOSABLE.
IF THE POSITION IS ABUSED FOR A MATTER OF CORRUPTION OR WASTE OF PUBLIC
FINANCES, PUNISHMENT CAN BE PROPERTY CONFISCATION.

SUBJECTS FOR REFERENDUMS – POLICIES AND RULES OF THE
REFERENDUMS
A subject can be in a public consultation and in referendum as:
Village with 500 people population, minimum 15 residents.
Village from 500 people to 1000 people population, minimum 30 residents.
Village over 1000 people, minimum 50 residents.
Municipality minimum 150 residents.
Region minimum 500 residents.

On every subject the municipality or the region is obligated, for the finding of a solution, to use people from
the administrative, which will study the subject and offer at least 2 solutions, which will be presented to
every citizen through media, in order for the citizen to find out which solution is best solution for
referendum.

On every subject of territory, the way will be the same.

Way of referendum – Ministry of Interior
Code of municipalities and communities 3463 article 216.
Every Hellen can easily vote however he/she wants, he/she can vote from anywhere in the world
Using only their social security number.
With 3 ways:
At the website of the Ministry of Interior.
Through telephone service (automated) from the ministry that will exist for that purpose.
In any public office

MINISTRY OF FINANCE
CURRENCY
Two currencies will be used, a national and an international
Within the state transactions, only national currency can be used.
The national currency will be alongside the Euro.
Transactions abroad, will be made in euro.

Transactions of foreigners (tourists - visitors - businessmen) can be done with both.

INTERESTS - DEPOSITS
Pause and prohibition of the money and wealth triumph.
The deposits are free and tax free.
One unique account for every citizen.
The companies / businesseswill have only one account, the number will be the same as the business
registration number.
CHANGES
Immediate zeroing the debts from every Hellene to the state.
Remove the tax id number.
Immediate withdrawal of all licenses of banking institutions (including the Bank of Hellas).

Transfer of their real estate and movable (chattel) property to the state.

Immediate re-opening-establishment of a single bank under the name of Hellenic National Bank.

Every Hellene through his/her unique number or social security AMKA will obtain a new account and all of
his/her money will be transferred to it.
This bank will have one unique shareholder, the Hellenic Republic.
In this bank and in the single account of every Hellene will be deposited the money from his state shares.
Immediate zeroing the debts from every Hellene, in origin and gender to the banks.
Immediate restoration, restitution, payment/compensation for everything that has been confiscated the last
18 years from the banks against Hellenes in origin and gender.
The tax return system will also be made to this bank and the finance ministry's account.

Immediate abolition of all tax offices.

Only the tax offices and custom offices will remain that are on the border will remain and tax collectors will
be customs – border guards. (They will belong to two ministries, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of
National Defense.)
Immediate register in the state budget and demand from borrowers, Hellenic gold and wealth, as well as
their repatriation, as well as loans and war compensations.

TAXES – TAXING

Pause for every taxing.

Tax free of all mobile and real estate property.
Only one tax of initial transaction (to the importer - manufacturer) 15% for fuels, drinks, cigarettes,
cosmetics.

This tax will be paid at the same time through the Hellenic National Bank.
Work is duty free
House is duty free, the building and the possession of movable (chattel) and real estate property.
Every Hellenic product, (except drinks, cigarettes, fuels and cosmetics) will have no tax at any level of their
preparation or making.
Imported materials and raw materials for the manufacture of products to be exported will remain tax-free for
a period of 6 months capable of conversion, retrofitting, manufacturing for export. Otherwise, the importer
will be charged and the money will be disbursed directly from his account without having the right to object.

PARTICIPATION AND STAKEHOLDING OF STATE SHARES

Constitution Article 21 – (Protection of family, marriage, motherhood and childhood, rights of persons with
disabilities)
Every Hellene in origin and gender, permanent residence of Hellas on the first day of his life will obtain two
shares, that will be nominal and non – transferable and will remain in his possession until the end of his life.
One share from the shipping ministry and one from the land ministry
From one day old until the age of eighteen, parents will have the administration of share.
When the citizen is an adult, an account at the bank will be created and he will obtain his share.

Each quarter, he will credit his dividends to his account and receive an equivalent to the total amount /
percentage that will come from state profits and will be 50% of them.
The other 50% will remain with the state for development.

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR- DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

Creating a force of judges and prosecutors within the police station.
Every litigation will be immediately controlled.
Every denunciation also will be immediately controlled.
In case of senseless litigation or lawsuits, the complainant will be caught in the act and will be imprisoned
for 10 days.
Under no circumstances can a trial last over two months.

Complete independence of the judiciary, interruption of all political heads of the judiciary, as well as
cessation of the appointment of supreme judges by the political leadership.
Top judges will be appointed by the judges, but their appointment for the position,will have to be voted on,
through a referendum, which 90% of the voters will have to participate.
Voters for this subject will be enforced strictly and only to people that are involed.
(prosecutors - judges – lawyers - messengers - workers in the judiciary).

Penalties and imprisonments will be executed in full when they are crimes against life, against human,
and/or, human-to-state crimes (without exit permits, no penalty, no Federal Pardon, without a reduction in
penalty due to previous honesty).

Prisoners of simple criminal law will be compulsorily involved in education and after that they can be
released from prison.

All foreign criminals will go to special prisons prison/labor camp and after their sentence, they will be
released back to their country of origin.

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR- PERSONNEL EVALUATION

Immediate evaluation of public sector personnel.
In the case of inadequate training, the official is obligated to re-educate himself / herself (for free) or with
his / her consent, to change his / her place in another job according to his or her abilities.
If he / she is unsuitable for any work he / she will be compensated and will leave his / her job.

PREVIOUS YEAR CHECKS –GIVING RESPONSIBILITIES

Immediate pause of parliamentary or any immunity for everyone.
Check of the previous political leaderships and governance in depth of 120 years.
Check of corruption cases in depth of 60 years.
Check of the government officials (directors-chief directors- heads of services) in depth of 60 years.
Check of elected (mayors-deputy mayors-prefects-periphery) in depth of 60 years.

In case of guilt, the property of the person and his / her immediate family (Spouse - children) will be
immediately seized in Hellas and/or abroad.
Immediate pause from work without the right of compensation.
Living expenses will now be covered by the state until the defendant's case is finalized.
Lawyers and court costs will be fully covered by the state.
Lawyer will be appointed by random draw (From the list of lawyers appointed by the judiciary) and in no
case will be defined by the accused.
The lawyer's fee will be the maximum that the state has set.

If the accused is not guilty, all seized assets will be reimbursed and returned.
If his guilt is established, his assets (mobile and real estate) will be completely confiscated, he / she will be
expelled from his / her political right and his or her immediate family and will not be able to occupy any
place of public work.

They will also cease to receive the dividend from government stocks and they will have to live through their
work which, of course, will be tax free as for all other Hellenics.

CHECK OF LOANS – LOAN CONTRACTS –EQUIPMENT BUYING FOR THE FUNCTIONING

OF THE STATE –PUBLIC PROJECTS–BANKS–SHARES AND STOCK EXCHANGE.
The same will apply to the previous article.

FOREIGNERS
Every foreigner is welcome to the country if:
He/she speaks the Hellenic language
He/she speaks the Hellenic language satisfactorily (he/she will also be examined if he/she fails at speaking
and writing, he/she will be obliged to enroll in an integration course funded by themselves).
Provide a financial guarantee in favor of the Hellenic state of the amount of 250,000 euros (price of 2018).
He is not prosecuted in his country.
Give the fund to establish a business.
He/she is obligated to co-operate with only one Hellene in origin and gender (Hellene 51% - Foreigner 49%)
and returns each month the percentage to the Hellene who is not obliged to work in the company.

Obligations and rights of foreigners:

He/she has no political right in Hellas.
He/she has no right of ownership.
He/she works with no tax.
He/she can transfer money to Hellas and abroad for free.
Everyone living in Hellas before 2000 are not required to pay the guarantee of 250.000, but they are
obligated to cooperate with a Hellene.
Anyone who is married with a Hellene, have to transfer to their husband or their children their real estate
property.
Families of foreigners who own property in Hellas may not transfer, sell or inherit to any other than Hellene
to their origin and gender, any or all of their property.

FOREIGNERS SCIENTISTS
Free stay in Hellas up to 5 years.
Work is allowed only at university or other educational institutions.
If they want to stay in Hellas for more than 5 years, they must have demonstrated work through their
specialty, which has helped Hellenism and Hellas in general.

FOREIGN WORKERS
Only with a transnational agreement.
Stay maximum 2 years.
For the accommodation-sustenance-insurance-healthcare, obligated by their employer.
Accommodation and living only in places to be made available by the employer.

DOMESTIC AND FOREIGNERS BUSINESS

The types of businesses that will have the right to own, use and acquire land and buildings are only:
Individual enterprise-partnership limited partnership, only if they belong to Hellenics of origin and gender
who are exclusively residents of Hellas.
In case of foreigner only renting is allowed.
Limited liability companies and limited companies will only be entitled to ownership of the building and not
to the land, and only if 51% belongs toHellenes in origin and gender.
Companies that belongs to foreigners, have no right of ownership, but only renting.
For purely foreign companies to be activated or already activated in Hellas, 100% of their employees should
be Hellenes of origin and gender fromHellas or abroad (Hellenes who had moved to another country for any
reason and age).
Helenes will be forbidden to engage in manual work unless they agree with the nature of the work.

MINISTRY OF CULTURE – EDUCATION – HEALTH – SPORTS – TOURISM - REGIONS

Free healthcare for all Hellenes.

Free education for all Hellenes. (Constitution article 16)

Change learning system and education, focused on skills and competences, without limitation, and lifelong
learning.

Removal of insurance funds, direct transfer of their movable (chattel) and real estate property to the state.
Return-refund of all deductions-contributions from all years of work directly to the beneficiary's account.
Immediate listing of all Hellenic antiquities around the world wherever they are kept or displayed.
Termination of the possession or collection of antiquities and their return to the state.

Tracking foreign auctions selling Hellenic antiquities and launching global judicials to stop the auction and
return the item (s) to Hellas.Requiring countries that have and exhibit in their museums ancient Hellenic
objects to make copies and return the originals.

Direct appointment of teachers to their place of origin.

Direct appointment of doctors and nurses to their place of origin.
Return of movable (chattel) and real estate property to this ministry as will be explained in the next topic.

RELIGIONS
RELIGIONS-SECTS-TEAMS-(freemason) HALLS- ASSOCIATIONS THAT HAVE HIERARCHY
RANKS
On the basis of human freedom, everyone is and will be free and unrestricted to follow what he believes and
where he thinks he wants to be. (Constitution Article 13)

The movable (chattel) and real estate property of all these will fall into the hands of the state.
60% will be attributed to the Ministry of Culture.
20% will be assigned to the national defense ministry.
And 20% will be assigned to the finance ministry.

The state will not have the right to change the use of churches or places of worship, and it should be given
the right to use indefinitely and unhesitatingly.
This can only be changed if the space is shut down and the user accepts that it no longer needs it.

Any donation of land or building from third parties to them will be given to the state on condition that it is to
be used (and not acquired) by them and will be attributed directly.

Immediate cessation of funding, subsidies and payment of workers to all of them.

Any act, gathering, operation or worship will only take place in these places and will be prohibited in any
other public space or other public spaces unless it is rented or assigned for that purpose and only with the
consent of the Ministry of Culture .
In any case, there should be no nuisance to the surrounding area or residents.

Obligatory all of these will receive a tax identification number and should pay 50% of their gross revenue to
the state.

EXCEPTION
This excludes Mount Athos, which is Hellenic territory but is self-governed (and will remain self-governed)
with its own institutions.
But he has to give his movable (chattel) and real estate property beyond its limits, which have been clearly
defined for centuries.
The real estate property of the monks within the boundaries of Mount Athos will remain as it is.
However, movable (chattel) property within the boundaries of Mount Athos must be attributed to the state by
50%.

MINISTRY OF HERITAGE LAND

Direct recording of land, buildings and state holdings.
Immediate recording of land, buildings and possessions belonging to churches, doctrines, sects, and in their
foundations.
Immediate creation of land registry.

REVISION - IMPROVEMENT OF THE HELLENIC CONSTITUTION

Undertaking a study by constitutionalists, scholars of various sciences, as well as distinguished in the field
of Hellenes.
Immediate start of consultation of the nation of the Hellenics.
Unique change of each article and not all together.
Present at national level across the means of communication of the proposed changes.
Each article will be presented as unique, but in combination with everything else, and should be voted on by
a minimum of 75% of the Hellenic people through a referendum.
The revision-improvement of the constitution should have a single center, Hellas.
After the conclusion of this procedure, on each article, all laws, provisions, non-compliant ministerial
decisions will be abolished.
