To further apply the knowledge we have obtained within the classroom, the
researchers conducted a study to see how a business apply each management accounting
techniques.

Managerial accounting involves the application of appropriate techniques and


concepts in processing information to assist management in establishing plans and making
rational decisions towards the achievement of the organization's objectives.

Activity Based Costing is a costing technique to appropriate accurately overhead cost


and other indirect cost to products. Activity-based costing systems allocate manufacturing
overhead by assigning indirect costs to several different cost pools then dividing each cost
pool by its associated cost driver to obtain several different rates that can then be used to
allocate overhead to different products.

Meanwhile,

There are lots of Management Accounting techniques and if well done, will lead to
success of every business.
