People walking into to the road and
getting run over as the shoot is taking
place near a main road.
Tripping over the uneven surface on
the pavement/ bus stop surface
Rain damaging the equipment.
Rain creating a slippery surface to
walk on.

5 The cast and the crew may be
harmed, injured or death could
occur, by walking in to the main
road by accident.
2 The cast and the crew could be
harmed and cut themselves by
walking on the surface and tripping
over.
2 The equipment may be harmed
making it inoperable. Also an
electric shock may occur as
electricity and rain don't mix, this
could then harm one of the cast or
crew.
3 One member of the cast or crew
could slip and fall, on the wet
surface, injuring themselves or
carrying the equipment.

(3) What controls exist to reduce
risk
Make everyone who is at the shoot
aware of the risk, and tell them
make sure that they are always
aware of their surrounding while
there.
To reduce the risk we should make
sure that everyone on location is
aware of the pavements surface
and the equipment is set with this
in mind.
To control the amount of risk which
could occur, we will make sure that
when the shoot is taking place we
have an umbrella or something
which can protect the equipment
from the weather.

can occur.
(4) What action can be taken
to further reduce risk?
Make sure while the shoot is
taking place that one member of
the crew is making sure that no
one walks in to the road and into
oncoming traffic.
Make sure that a large enough
gap is left between the crew and
cast and and the edge of the road
so if they tip they don't fall into the
road.
Making sure that we check the
weather forecast before making
sure if on day it is going to be
raining a lot that we can’t do the
shoot.
