REQUIREMENTS Prior to online application PROCUREMENT/REMARKS


1. Geotagged photos of project site
In WGS84 format (deg-min-sec)
(taken for the last 30 days)
2. Topographic map of impact/affected areas (at least 1 km If in flat areas, vicinity map indicating the project location is
from the project site) required instead
3. Certification from LGU on the compatibility of proposed

Note: Make sure that the gross floor area (GFA) does not exceed 5.0 hectares, otherwise, a more tedious process and
documentary requirement will have to be done in securing the ECC (full blown EIA is required). The cost that the proponent
must shoulder will be about 200,000-700,000.

GFA = land area + floor area above and below the ground floor
