CSU Application Guide
d.tech Class 2018

D.tech is changing the names of their courses this year, as part of the transition to
PowerSchool. A student’s mid-year & FINAL transcript will reflect these new course names.
Although course names have been approved by the UC, both the CalState Application and the
UC Application show the “old” course names. I reached out to both the CSU & UC and both told
me that students should report courses as they will appear on their FINAL transcript.

Given this name change, this guide will provide important information for how to enter your
d.tech courses in the CSU Application using the new course names. It will also cover entering
BYU and Community College Classes.
