• Designing a “Job Engagement Initiative” for the employees involved in attending voice calls.
It was an initiative to form groups based on extra-curricular activities to increase
teamwork and collaboration. Job Engagement Initiative was successfully implemented in
the division of the company at Jaipur Unit

• Evaluation for reliability and usability of a “Knowledge Portal”.


Knowledge Portal was based on MS SharePoint software for communication between
employees and higher authorities and addressing concerns of the employees. The

overall healthcare system of Belgium and India were also compared during this project.

• Was actively involved with a social organization called “Wings” in Jaipur that worked with
HIV+ orphans. The organization was also involved in organizing blood donation and
tree plantation drives in Jaipur.
