Aclara tu) mente: encuentra el verdadero
detonante que te impide actuar. La pereza es generalmente la
consecuencia de otra cosa, el pretexto para no actuar. Me explico: la
pereza para ponernos a estudiar puede deberse a una causa tan
simple como que nuestros apuntes/anotaciones son un verdadero
desastre (estan desordenados, incompletos, sucios, etc) y no nos
facilitan la labor de estudio.
Otro ejemplo, la pereza para asistir a una reunién social puede
deberse a que hemos descuidado nuestro aspecto personal,
vestuario, etc.
El secreto es encontrar el trasfondo de las cosas y ponerse manos a
la obra. En el primer ejemplo que te di, serfa tan facil como hacer un
pequefio esfuerzo inicial para tomar las notas organizadas en clase,
tratar de no faltar, etc. En el segundo, procurar nuestro aspecto con
antelacidn pensando en lo bien que nos sentiremos después.
Cuando te comienzas a sentir bien, tu vida comienza a dar un gran
giro.
Una vez que has reconocido la causa que provoca el problema,
podras trabajar en ella.A
