ing correction is needed.
An error occurred in the expansion of the VANISH trial name on p 1886. The
correct trial name expansion should read “Ventricular Tachycardia Ablation Versus
Escalated Antiarrhythmic Drug Therapy in Ischemic Heart Disease”.
