APPOINTMENT LETTER
To,
Ms. Ankita Jayantibhai Thakkar,

Dear Ms. Ankita Thakkar ,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as a “Senior Manager –Sales Coordinator” on
the following terms and conditions and any modifications as may be incorporated from time to time.

1. Your consolidated Cost to Company (CTC) would be Rs.252379/- (Two Lac Fifty Two Thousand
Three Hundred Seventy Nine Rupees only),(All inclusive –as per Annexure compensation
structure) subject to any changes/modification as per company policies in existence from time to
time.
2. You will be on a probation period of Six Months (6 months) or such extended period as may be
decided by the company based on your performance during the probation period.
3. After completion of the probation period, based on your performance you will be deemed to be
automatically confirmed if you do not receive a written communication to the contrary within
seven days from date of completion of your probation.
4. That you will not be entitled for any kind of leaves during your probation period. You will be
entitled to any leave/s as per any act/law in force and as laid down in the “Standing Orders/
Internal Memo” of the company. The company follows strictly the time schedule and any late
comings are discouraged, unless otherwise notified by you in advance. Late marks will be accorded
to you for every late entry with Half-a-day of absence be counted for every three late marks.
5. During the probation period, your services can be terminated without any prior notice in written
or otherwise, and without assigning any reasons.
6. If during your probation and/or confirmed period, if you desire to terminate/leave/resign from
your job, you will have to give us in writing a 30 days’ notice with reasons for such
leaving/resignation. In case, during this probation/confirmed period, if you leave the employment
without giving to us a notice in writing and reasons for such resignation, we shall be within our
rights are eligible to deduct your one month’s salary from any of your dues or any money or
monies that may be due to you or recover it otherwise. During such notice period of 30 days, you
will not be eligible for any leaves.
7. Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period of 7 days
will make you lose your lien/ right on employment. In such case, your employment shall be
automatically come to an end without any notice of termination or notice pay.
8. Notwithstanding the other terms set out hereinabove this company has absolute right at any time
to terminate your services without any notice or without compensation in lieu of notice for your
committing any breach of the terms of this letter of appointment or if you are found guilty of any
subordination, insolence, gross negligence of duty, irregularities, fraud, offence, embezzlement,
misappropriation or if you indulge in drunkenness, participate in strike, anti-social elements or
misbehave yourself in any other manner including moral turpitude. You are liable to indemnify
the company for any loss or damage which the company may suffer on account of your
misbehavior.
9. If any declaration given, or information furnished by you, to the company proves to be false, or if
you are found to have willfully suppressed any material information, in such cases, you will be
liable to be removed from services without any notice.
10. Upon termination of employment, you will also return all company property, which may be in your
possession.
11. That your duties will be explained to you and can be changed from time to time and you will
perform the same to the best of your ability.
12. Your place of posting will be presently at Bavla but you will be liable to be transferred to anywhere
in India or anywhere in the World or another department, post or place in existence hereafter
either at the place of posting or any other place where the management may establish, open its
branch later on. Upon such transfer the rules and regulations applicable to such posting or at the
place of transfer will be binding on you.
13. That yearly increment will be based on your performance or duty, if found satisfactory during the
period of your service in terms of efficiency, regularity, punctuality and discipline and the same
may be withheld if the performance is found unsatisfactory.
14. That you will be required to maintain absolute secrecy about the affairs of the Company. That you
will not disclose methods, processes, formula, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions,
machines, computer programs and research projects, pricing data, sources of supply, financial
data, marketing strategies, production, or merchandising systems or plans including any trade
secrets, tactics, methods of work, internal reports, processes, accounts, technical know-how,
transactions and dealings, customer’s list or other customer information, patterns and trade mark
and human assets profile or any other data of the Company to any person, firm, corporation, or
entity.
15. That you will be bound by the rules and regulations in force of the Company from time to time in
relation to conduct, behavior, discipline, leave, holidays, or any other matter concerning service
conditions, which will be deemed as rules and regulations and orders in the past of these terms
of employment.
16. For any serving of notice or communication by the company, whatsoever, the company will send/
serve the notice to the communication/ correspondence address provided by you at the time of
joining or any new address given by you during the course of employment.
17. This appointment is subject to your being, and remaining, medically fit. Any such medical
ailments/ diseases be conveyed to the company management by the employee.
18. That you will automatically retire without any notice at your reaching the age of 60 years. You
may be retired even earlier if found medically unfit.
19. Your position with the company calls for whole time employment & you will devote yourself
exclusively to the business of company. You will not take up any other work for remuneration (
part time or otherwise) or work in advisory capacity or be interested directly or indirectly in any
other trade or business during your employment with the company, without any written
permission from the company.
20. That this appointment letter will be in force with effect from June 01, 2017.

21. This appointment letter is subject to the Company’s rules and regulations in force. In case of
infringement/ non-adherence of any of the conditions mentioned in this appointment letter and
the company’s rules, the benefits that might have been accrued would be forfeited.
22. In acceptance of the above terms and conditions, please sign the duplicate copy of this
appointment letter and return the same duly confirmed which would be treated as an agreement
binding on you.
