LOCATIONS: SUBCONTRACTOR shall price each of the locations as a stand-alone proposal

according to the structure of BOQs provided by CONTRACTOR as each Process Unit could be
awarded to a different SUBCONTRACTOR.

 CIVIL WORK SUBCONTRACT
WAY OF QUOTING

DIRECT UNIT RATES: Unit Rates shall represent only the Direct Cost per
Work Unit, which shall be quoted in Unit Rates sheet of BOQ.
Direct Unit Rate shall be the same for each of the Work Unit independently of the
quantity and the location of each plant.

INDIRECT COST AMOUNT: for each location, related Indirect Costs shall be
quoted as a Lump Sum in dedicated Indirect Cost Sheet of BOQ, where all
considerations of each location shall be taken into account.

DISCOUNTS FOR COMBINATION OF PLANTS: BIDDER is also

requested to provide potential discounts of Direct & Indirect Costs considering a
potential awarding of more than one (1) location. Discounts for aggregated
scopes shall be quoted as requested in Possible Combination of Locations Sheet
of BOQ.
