Product Description Chemseal KRS is a cold-applied sealing compound, consisting
of synthetic resins and bitumen. When installed into horizontal &
vertical joints it provides a flexible joint dealing compound.
When mixed with specially selected filler, it can be used for
joints wider than 20 mm.

Uses Chemseal KRS is used for the sealing of joints in concrete and
metallic steel. Specifically, it is useful for:
-- Parking aprons & hangars
-- Prefabricated steel structures
-- Sheet piles for embankments, foundations, barrages etc.
-- Metallic storage Tanks.

Application Details

Substrate Preparation: All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from all loosely
adhering particles. Priming is not required.
_______________________________________________________________________________
Application Chemseal KRS is poured directly from the pail into prepared
clean and dry joints. Avoid air entrapment during pouring.
Protect from water/rain for the first 24 hours. In case of vertical /
inclined joints or as surface coatings, add fine filler powder in a
ratio of 8 kg per 15kg pail to prepare an abrasion-resistant
surface.

Cleaning Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with
suitable solvent.

Precautions Wear goggles and gloves during application. In case of contact
with eye rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical
attention.

Ecology Do not dispose of into water or soil but according to local
