Member was stop at a red traffic signal on 34th Street in the westbound turn lane to drive west on
Ulmerton Road. The traffic signal had been red for several minutes so member put the agency
vehicle into reverse in order to back up over the traffic light sensor. As be backed up, he struck
the front of a Chevy Aveo which was stopped behind him.
