PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and executed this 14th day of FEBRUARY 2017, in
BIÑAN CITY, by and between:

JUNJUN N. AGPASAKAL, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of 214

Taft Avenue Malate Manila, Metro Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “HUSBAND”

-AND-

BABY GIRL MUKAMPERAS, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of

1514 Pacita San Pedro City, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the “WIFE”

W I T N E S S E T H THAT:

WHEREAS, the parties hereto are about to enter into a contract of marriage,
tentatively to take place on JANUARY 2, 2019;

WHEREAS, parties did execute the Agreement voluntarily and knowingly by

each part and without undue influence, duress, fraud or overreaching on the part of either
party;

WHEREAS, each party acknowledges that the other has made a full disclosure of
all of his or her means and resources and further acknowledges that he or she is entering
into this Agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge of the facts and circumstances
relevant to it;

WHEREAS, the parties voluntarily and mutually agree that their property
relations as future spouses shall be under the regime of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF
PROPERTY during marriage;

WHEREAS, all the property, real and personal, currently owned or hereafter to
be owned by the future wife BABY GIRL MUKAMPERAS, shall remain to be her own
exclusive and separate property, subject to her sole disposition, administration and
enjoyment, while those of the future husband JUNJUN N. AGPASAKAL, shall likewise
remain to be his own absolute ownership, disposition and administration;

WHEREAS, all the earnings from any profession, business or industry shall
belong to each husband and wife;

WHEREAS, nothing in this agreement prohibits the parties to have a

COMMUNITY PROPERTY, provided that both parties contributed to the purchase price
of the said property and that the deed evidencing the sale clearly states the communal
nature of the property.

WHEREAS, each future spouse shall equally bear the family expenses, including
but not limited to the rearing, education and medication of future children that may be
begotten or that may be adopted during the marriage.
 WHEREAS, all obligations and liabilities incurred by either party heretofore or
hereafter shall remain the separate obligation of the party who incurred them except if
such redounds to the benefit of the family.

WHEREAS, each party shall satisfy any tax obligation attached to their separate
property. The parties acknowledge that they may opt to file joint income tax returns,
which returns may show ordinary income and capital gains from property owned and held
as separate property of one party. The parties agree that the mere filing of any such joint
tax returns shall not convert separate property into marital property or property co-owned
by the parties and shall not give rise to a claim of equitable ownership by one party
against the party having legal ownership.

WHEREAS, in the event of Annulment or Legal Separation, neither party shall

assert a claim on separate property owned by the other party during the marriage. This
provision shall not apply to any property which is jointly owned during the marriage.

WHEREAS, the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the children of
the parties, including the issues of child support, custody and access, shall be governed by
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

WHEREAS, in case of Legal Separation of the parties, the guilty spouse shall be
obliged to support the innocent spouse in the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos only
(P90,000.00) for every month during his/her lifetime, provided that the parties are
married for a minimum of 7 years and shall be terminated if the latter re-marry or co-
habitates.

WHEREAS, the parties herein intend this agreement to be effective upon the
celebration of their marriage;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this 23rd day of JULY,
2018 at DLSU Rufino Campus Bonifacio Global City Taguig.
