1A.

I have studied the learning opportunity provided to students in different science classroom with different
approaches.The goal is to understand the way in which the different approaches have shaped students
knowledge of science and to begin relation between teaching and learning,between knowledge and practice.
Alignment means set of content and standards and assessment used to measure those standards. I am
using PK check, differentiation. In the beginning of the year my students set goal for themselves it helps me
to understand where a student have come from and where they need to be at the end of the year .
I share best practices and curriculum understanding with colleagues during subject meetings.

1B. I am using think central .com provided by school for science revision.I always post my work in google
classroom,this will help students in providing evidences when they are writing HoM in physical science.I use
google form for quizzes.I use eduplanet for lesson planning.

1C. Every thursday during subject meeting we discuss and plan our stage 3 in unit planner.Our performance
task is the result of collaborative planning .

1 D. Still so much need to learn and practice. During PT making for grade 7 I gave ideas to add MS-PS
standards in PT for grade 6 unit 2 and grade 7 unit 1.
During subject meeting we discuss about EQ and topical EQ ,and their understanding approach.
I am not exemplary but yes I have good understanding of stage 1 and 2 that's why I can plan my lesson
and the end result is satisfactory.

2A. Respectful talk between teacher and students evidence -no complain from both side.

For disrespectful behavior I used google forms evidence-7 Athena Bun Bora Path apology letter.
During family day we discuss and have the ideas among self and plan our projects.The attendance is 100%
that exhibits discipline and respect for me.
They share their general problem along with academic query ,which I address to the best of my level
evidence-girls hormonal problems,girls not getting along with friends.7 Ares Zhihong Steve.

2B. My lesson planning activities in google classroom geared up for discussion ,deep inquiry and transfer goal,
which is recorded in DVC video as an evidence.

2C. I have high regards for students abilities and consistently guided them to achieve their set goals
(EQ,HoM ). They complete as well as they submit their work on alloted period of time.The lab report reflects
their efficiency and hard work by implementing the 3 word module ( if ,then,and because ).In the end of the
unit I motivate them by way of giving them rewards in term of chocolate.In one of the event we invited our
Principal and Curriculum head for observation and motivation.
2D. In day today basis of my lesson plan I ask frequent questions from the student to take the positive feedback
on the vocabulary aspects for improvement of their language.

2E. Activities and assignment convey high expectation for most students evidence - Grade 6 pt they are using
AI FOIL and saying its conductor due to thickness we use it.
Lesson plan linked to EQ evidence- TSaE form.
6 Grades wanted to test different materials and their role so I planned activity according to their enquiry base
on which showed higher expectation for all students. Students sitting in a pair,group according to need of
activities.

2F. No bullying ,fighting,and inappropriate language use is not allowed in my classroom and students obey my
instructions.
I constantly monitor students behavior pattern frequently on periodically basis here I want to place one
example girl Kruna ( 7 Atlas ) was at her lowest mood so I had written a mail to teacher Lars for counselling and
helping her to come out with positive result. Evidence - 6Ajax - Kyuming.

2G. Physical environment is safe and visible for all .I don’t stick any poster and put curtain on doors.
Students able to see, hear evidence- their work in google classroom.Classroom is arranged by student
made poster available on wall which help them in learning.
I use google forms, video , ppt.
Big Idea ,EQ,HoM are part of class decoration .
All curriculum safely placed in the cabinet.

2H. I actively participate in LSP classroom in advance shared lesson plan for co teacher which help in making
appropriate learning activities for weaker students.
I also share LSP students list to coordinator those who need help next year.
I arrange students in a group according to their choice in PT 1 analyse them comparing result and than in
PT 2 arrange them for more better result output . For disruptive behavior I warn them and if necessary then use
referral forms. Students are punctual.
I attended meeting related to support services with Teacher Amanda .

A. I participates in and supports team .Evidence Sophyanrary mail for support.

In our school I don’t have any difference with any teacher .Evidence no complain.
I have supportive and collaborative relationship with colleagues.
I am honest in my work as well as relationship with teachers.Evidence honestly i shifted my lunch
supervision from 21 to 22 may due to holiday.
I never shared my google classroom outside school,because I am aware about school policies.I don’t have
CIA student in my facebook account. I never share picture with students.

4B. I know correct channels- for cleanliness two time I write in maintenance sheet but problem not solved so I
approach their department and they solved my problem.
I don’t use abusive words while sending mail ,my language is respectful.
During T Amanda sickness I maintained secrecy not disclosed with students.

4C. Always wear close toes,no flip flop,no open shoulder dress shoes .Jeans only in fridays.

4D. Consistently follows lunch supervision rota,constantly keeping eyes on my student uniforms and shoes and
giving warning also,everyday taking attendance on time . Constantly remind my student to use only laptop and
notepad in emergency only mobile allowed. Evidence Sor Anna 7 Achilles

4E. My classroom always clean and well managed, no litter in cabinet and classroom .I frequently use
maintenance service during light fuse,broken handle etc.Never lose key ,remote whatever property given by
school.Yes we shared resources for coming unit. Evidence Chemical sheet filling ( chemical order for PT )

4F. Input scores in schoolbase on time .Submit DDIP students work to my co ordinator on time.

4G. Communicate with parents. 7 Achilles Sahak Monivann mother is busy and talk about his progress outside
of scheduled conference. 6 Achilles Sayna Sovechea.

4H. I participate in staff dinner parties.Environmental health committee activity beyond classroom giving
suggestion ,sharing videos , conducting lesson during lunch time.Environmental committee working for school
improvement beyond the classroom.
Attend all saturday events as indicated in contract,sap 1 meeting.
I am in process of collection of data for EH committee How ISPP school used solar panel for all school
electric requirement and shared it with members of committee but couldn’t visit due to busy schedule.

4I. Participate in all PD provided by Australian teachers.


Participate in DVC.
Using new EQ ,HoM template .
TSaE feedback from teacher Greg welcomed.
Suggestion by teacher Tom to do online lab safety course finished and submitted.

4J. During subject meeting we share ideas of teaching. Our finding lesson for unit i 6 Grade -How to teach unit
in systematic way with middle school chemistry NGSS planning .
Fill all forms shared by academic survey.

4K. I adhere to the philosophy of teaching and learning and upgrade my learning skill continuously.
I am always punctual at work and attendance.
Who ever send mail I respond appropriately I am always open to the positive discussions and learning.

4L. I display high standards of honesty ,integrity and confidentiality in interaction with colleagues ,
students and the public which I have already elaborated in my previous sections.
