    A. FLOOR COVERING NOTES DESIGNER COMMENTS


    1 Carpet Commercial grade,
    26 oz.
    Level loop,
    Glued down
    2 VCT Floor finish provided by Elon,
    Ultra Gloss II applied by Contractor.

    B. BATHROOM
    ACCESSORIES
    1 Hand towel dispenser Provided by Elon,
    Surface mounted by Contractor.
    2 Soap dispenser Provided by Elon,
    Surface mounted by Contractor.
    3 Trash receptacle Provided by Elon,
    NOT wall mounted.
    4 Sanitary Napkin dispenser Provided by Elon,
    Surface mounted by Contractor.
    5 Sanitary Napkin disposal Provided by Elon,
    Surface mounted by Contractor.
    6 Toilet paper dispenser Provided by Elon,
    (public toilet) Jumbo rolls public toilets only,
    Surface mounted by Contractor.
    7 Toilet paper dispenser Provided by Contractor,
    (NOT public toilet) Recessed Style
    Standard residential single roll unit.

    C. CUSTODIAL CLOSETS
    1 Floor Ceramic or VCT
    2 Walls Washable paint,
    Water proof surface around mop sink
    3 Size Minimum 6' x 5',
    One per floor.
    4 Mop Sink Floor mounted with low curb for access,
    Tool bar for mops, brooms, dustmops (Geerpres).
    One per floor.
    5 Shelving Two rows 4' long,
    Adjustable heavy duty brackets,
    Washable surface.

    Any deviations from these criteria are noted above in the comments section.
