Consulting project to assist a well-established Real Estate company with identifying inefficiencies and “pain points”.
Identified several areas in need of systems, procedures and operating protocols to insure continued growth and
improve operating efficiencies as well as increase margins. Implemented several new programs, systems and software
programs. Additionally, interviewed and hired 3 new RE agents as well as a Director of Marketing, Senior Client Care
Manager and Executive Administrator. Completed project within the 90 day agreed upon timeline.

Interim COO (Consultant) Phyx – Los Angeles, Ca (2017-2018)


Assisted new start up with all functions of a first to market mobile APP for Chiropractic & Massage Therapy
I was intimately involved in all operational aspects of this start up from projections to establishing all
protocols insuring operational excellence. Personally established all operating budgets and
operating procedures. Assisted in “pitch” presentations to outside tech investors.
Executive Vice President, Standard Sales, Inc. & Pacific Play Tents, Inc. – Los Angeles, CA (1998 to 2017)
Directed all day-to-day operations. Identified and opened new distributions centers, implemented new ERP system
and identified and secured new fiber optic communications systems. Responsible for all marketing, packaging, and
brand identity (3 distinctive changes in 18 years). Secured and built key national accounts including Amazon,
