    Chairman of Republican City Committee entered his appearance on behalf of two losing candidates for Republican Ward Leader in a case in which Democrats were challenging the election of Democratic Committeepeople in the 58th Ward. Apparently he hoped that a favorable decision in the Democratic case could be used to eliminate 40% of the Republican Committeepeople in Philadelphia who were elected through write-in campaigns.
