Your monthly CTC amount will be Rs. 36236/- as per the terms and conditions set out herein in
Annexure.

Your date of joining will be 18-Jun-18 at Client office. Your offer will be revoked if you fail to be
present on the mentioned date.

If not accepted by today, this offer is liable to lapse. After you accept this offer, you will be given an
appointment letter after completing joining formalities as per company policy.

It is expected that individual compensation package would not be shared with other employees.

b) Educational certificate and mark sheet.
c) Relieving and service certificate from all your past and present employers.
d) All certificates and documents in original with the attested copies in support of claims
made in your job application.
e) Four passport size and one stamp size front view photograph.
f) Copy of PAN card.
g) Copy Adhaar card.
h) Form 16 or proofs of remuneration drawn by you during the last financial year till the
date of your last employment, if applicable.
i) Latest salary slips from previous company.
j) Copy of driving license.
k) Copy of passport, if any.

You have to submit all your joining documents before your DOJ. If you fail to submit the
same company has rights to hold your salary.
It is responsibility of individual to obtain Permanent Account from income tax-department if
his income is assessable as per tax act. We shall deduct TDS, if applicable, from individual’s
salary based on the proof of income and the salary being offered by us. In no way, we shall be
responsible for any default/ wrong declaration in this regard. For any further information or
guidance in this regard you may contact our Income Tax Department, at the time of joining

 • If you are desirous of leaving the services of the Company during the period of Probation, you
will be required to give one month's notice or consolidated Salary in lieu of notice.

• This offer may be terminated by either side, by serving a written notice of 30 days conveying its
intentions to do so to the other party or by surrendering salary in lieu thereof. However, in case
you being found indulged in any fraudulent activities, absconding, unauthorized leaves, steal or
misconduct, shall result into forthwith termination of your services and in such an event no
notice or pay in lieu thereof shall be payable to you.

As per company policy, Rs.1700/- will be deducted from your salary every month against security
deposit for the Assets/ Infra / Laptop / Toolkit/ PPE Kit provided to you for 12 consecutive months
from your date of joining. After your LWD post resignation you have to submit your Assets/ Infra /
Laptop / Toolkit/ PPE Kit back to the HEAD OFFICE VADODARA within 10 days, after which daily
charge of 50 Rs (Toolkit/ PPE kit) & 100 Rs (Laptops) will be debited (Deducted) from your F & F
Amount.
Your F & F along with the security deposit amount will be processed only after submitting the assets at
HO. If you have not submitted company’s assets your F & F will be on HOLD.

If you cease to be an employee of the Company, the amount of perquisites paid to you in excess of
your proportionate service in the Company will be deducted, in excess of your proportionate service
in the Company will be deducted from your dues with the company such as salary, Bonus, Gratuity
etc.
