Responsible for all payroll duties including employee and employer tax requirements. Developed department workflows
for the successful implementation of the VIP payroll system during integration to the new software and responsible
for issues identified for successful resolution. Identified and resolved problem areas in payroll system during the
migration and beyond. Developed a training program and assisted the Fiscal Officer and HR with employees’ time
entry during on-site trainings. Conducted analyses to identify issues for effective resolution. Monitors employees’
balances and makes recommendations when needed. Prepares fiscal correspondence for reporting purposes. Trained
in VIP accounts payable software and proficient in duty requirements. Previous supervisory experience, which
included assisting in preparing annual budgets and employee management.
