COCKTAIL RECIPES

1. TEQUILA SUNRISE
Glassware: Highball glass
 1 jigger Tequila
 ¼ jigger Grenadine syrup
 Orange juice
 Garnish: 1 slice of orange and 1 red cherry

Pour ingredients into a highball glass except the grenadine syrup. Fill it with
orange juice without stirring. Pour slowly the Grenadine syrup. Garnish with a slice of
orange and a cherry.

2. SHIRLEY TEMPLE

Glassware: Collins glass

 ¼ jigger Grenadine syrup


 1 bottle seven-up
 Garnish: 1 cherry and 1 slice of orange

Stir ingredients thoroughly in a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and
a cherry. Serve with straw.

3. CUBA LIBRE

Glassware: Highball glass

 1 jigger light rum


 1 bottle coke
 ½ piece of calamansi or lemon(get juice)

Pour light rum into a highball with ice. Fill it up with coke. Squeeze calamansi or
lemon juice into the drink. Drop the shell of the calamansi and stir. Serve with a stirrer.

4. SCREWDRIVER

Glassware: Highball glass

 1 jigger vodka
 Orange juice
 Garnish: 1 slice of orange

Fill highball glass with ice. Pour vodka and orange juice over ice. Stir
gently and garnish with orange slice.

5. PINK LADY

Glassware: champagne glass

 1 jigger Gin
 ¼ jigger calamansi or lemon
 ¼ jigger grenadine syrup
 1 piece egg white
Garnish: 1 piece red cherry

Shake well all ingredients and strain into a pre-chilled champagne glass.
Garnish with red cherry on the rim.

6. KAMIKAZE

Glassware: Highball glass

 1 jigger vodka
 1 jigger Triple Sec
 ½ jigger Lemon juice
 Garnish: 1 slice of lemon

Shake and strain the ingredients into a shooter glass. Garnish with a slice of
lemon.

7. FOUR SEASONS

Glassware: Collins glass

 2 jiggers pineapple juice


 2 jiggers orange juice
 2 jiggers guyabano juice
 2 jiggers mango juice
 Garnish: slice of orange and a cherry

Pour all ingredients with ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of
orange and cherry.
8. MARGARITA

Glassware: Margarita glass

 1 jigger tequila
 ½ jigger Triple Sec
 ½ jigger Lemon juice
 Garnish: 1 slice of lemon

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well then strain
into a salt-rimmed margarita glass with crushed ice. Float a slice of lemon
on top of the drink.

9. WHITE LADY

Glassware: Cocktail (Martini) Glass

 1 jigger Gin
 1 jigger Triple Sec
 ½ jigger lemon juice
 Egg white (optional)

Garnish: slice of lemon

Pour gin, triple sec, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker with ice and
shake. Strain into a martini glass and shake.

10. COSMOPOLITAN

Glassware: Cocktail glass

 ½ jigger Fresh Lime juice


 1 jigger Cranberry juice
 ½ jigger Triple Sec
 1 jigger Vodka

Garnish: Lime or Lemon

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and
double strain into large cocktail glass. Garnish with lime.
11. MOJITO

Glassware: Highball glass

 ½ jigger rum
 fresh mint leaves
 1 ½ jigger simple syrup
 ¼ jigger lime juice
 1/3 jigger chilled soda

Garnish: fresh mint leaves (optional)

Crush mint leaves. Add crushed mint to the highball glass with syrup and
lime juice. Fill half of the glass with ice. Pour rum into the glass, then top with
chilled soda. Stir well and garnish with mint leaves.

12. TOM COLLINS

Glassware: Collins glass


 2 jiggers gin
 ½ jigger lemon juice
 ½ jigger simple syrup
 Soda water
Garnish: 1 slice of orange, 1piece of cherry

Pour gin, lemon juice and syrup into a Collins glass containing ice. Fill
glass with soda water. Stir thoroughly. Garnish with a slice of orange and cherry.
Serve with straw.

13. GIMLET

Glassware: Champagne glass / Cocktail glass

 2 jiggers Gin
 ½ lime juice

Garnish: slice of lemon or olive

Put the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and then strain
into a cocktail glass. Serve with olive or part of lemon peel.
14. BACARDI

Glassware: Cocktail glass


 ½ jigger grenadine syrup
 1 jigger rum
 ½ jigger lime juice
Garnish: Cherry

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a pre-
chilled cocktail glass.

15. DAIQUIRI

Glassware: Cocktail glass


 1 jigger rum
 ½ jigger simple syrup
 1 jigger lime juice
Garnish: Lime

Pour the rum, lime juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well then strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.

16. JOHN COLLINS

Glassware: Collins glass

 1 jigger Bourbon whiskey


 1 jigger Lemon juice
 ½ jigger Simple syrup
 Soda water

Garnish: slice of lemon and a cherry

Shake whiskey, lemon juice, and sugar syrup with ice and strain into Collins
glass with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon and cherry.

17. MARY PICKFORD

Glassware: Cocktail glass

 ½ jigger cherry juice


 ½ jigger grenadine syrup
 1 jigger rum
 1 jigger pineapple juice

Garnish: Cherry

Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish
with cherry.

18. BATMAN COCKTAIL

Glassware: Collins glass

 2 jiggers soda water


 3 jiggers Orange juice
 ½ jigger Grenadine syrup

Stir ingredients thoroughly in a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of orange


and a cherry. Serve with straw.

19. ALICE

Glassware: Collins glass

 2 jiggers pineapple juice


 2 jiggers orange juice
 ½ jigger Cream
 ½ jigger Grenadine syrup

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and strain into a Collins
glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and cherry. Serve with straw.

20. ACAPULCO GLOW

Glassware: Highball glass

 1 jigger pineapple juice


 2 jiggers grape juice
 1 jigger Cream
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and strain into a Highball
glass. Serve with straw.
21. WHISKEY SOUR

Glassware: rock glass

 1 jigger Bourbon whisky


 ½ jigger simple syrup
 ½ jigger Lemon juice

Garnish: 1 slice of orange and cherry

Pour Bourbon, juice and syrup onto a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and
strain into a rock glass with ice.

22. CHI CHI

Glassware: Collins glass

 1 jigger vodka
 3 jigger pineapple juice
 1 jigger cream of coconut
Garnish: 1 slice pineapple and 1 red cherry

Blend vodka, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an
electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a Collins glass, garnish with a slice of
pineapple and cherry, and serve.

23. FROZEN MANGO DAIQUIRI

Glassware: collins glass

 3 oz. rum
 4 oz pineapple juice
 1 oz cream of coconut
Garnish: 1 slice pineapple and 1 red cherry

Blend rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an
electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a collins glass, garnish with a slice of
pineapple and cherry, and serve.
24. BRAMBLE

Glassware: Rock glass

 1 jigger gin
 ½ jigger cranberry juice
 ½ jigger sugar syrup
 ½ jigger lemon juice
Shake gin, lemon and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a rock glass.

25. GIN FIZZ

Glassware: Highball glass

 1 jigger Gin
 1 jigger lemon juice
 ½ jigger simple syrup
 Soda water
Pour gin, syrup, lemon juice in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball
glass. Top off with soda water.

26. HEMINGWAY SPECIAL

Glassware: Cocktail glass


 ½ jigger cherry
 1 ½ jigger rum
 1 jigger grape juice
 ½ jigger lime juice
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a pre-
chilled cocktail glass.

27. LEMON DROP MARTINI


Glassware: Cocktail glass
 1 jigger vodka
 ½ jigger triple sec
 ½ jigger lemon juice
 ½ jigger sugar syrup

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a pre-
chilled cocktail glass.
28. TEQUILA SUNSET
Glassware: Highball glass
 1 jigger Tequila
 ¼ jigger Grenadine syrup
 Pineapple juice
 Garnish: 1 slice of orange and 1 red cherry

Pour ingredients into a highball glass except the grenadine syrup. Fill it with

orange and a cherry.

29. SIDECAR

Glassware: Cocktail glass

 ½ jigger Triple Sec


 1 jigger Brandy
 ½ jigger Lemon juice

Shake and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of
lemon.

30. SEA BREEZE

Glassware: Highball glass

1 jigger vodka
1 jigger grape juice
2 jigger cranberry juice
Pour and stir into a highball glass. Garnish with a piece of cherry.

31. PISCO SOUR


Glassware: Rock glass

1 jigger Brandy
½ jigger Rich sugar syrup
1 jigger Lemon juice
¼ jigger egg white

Shake and strain into a rock glass with ice.


32. PARADISE

Glassware: Cocktail glass

 1 jigger Gin
 ½ jigger Brandy
 ½ jigger Orange juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of


cherry.

33. LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Glassware: Collins glass

 ½ jigger Tequila
 ½ jigger Vodka
 ½ jigger Rum
 ½ jigger Triple Sec
 ½ jigger Gin
 ½ jigger Lemon juice

Shake and strain all ingredients (except soda) into a Collins glass.
Top it off with cola. Garnish with lemon twist.
