1. Recognize orally fast and slow sound through listening activities.


2. Perform the fast and slow movement through musical activities.
3. Value the importance of music through giving some examples.

A. Motivation

Before we can get through the Island that is Full of


Music we need to learn music first so we can

island.

(teacher draws two columns on the board)

Now I’ll give everyone an animal then you go to
the board. When it’s slow paste it on the column
right and when it’s fast paste it on the left column.
Okay? Students: Okaaaaaay…

(teacher give pictures to the students ) (students receive pictures)


( students went to the board )
You’re all correct! I’ll give you all a prize later at the
end of the class… Students: Yeeeeeeaaaaeay!

Now let’s learn about the fast and slow


(teacher sing the “Head and Shoulder”) (students listen)
Who knows the song i just sang? Students: Me! Me! Me!
I’ll sing it first for those who don’t know…
And sing it together after okay? Students: Okay teacher lyndz!

Conclusion:
Now we learned about the fast and slow through
singing song and combing it with the fast and slow.

IFL: Always remember God gave us music to sing


praises to Him and to glorify Him. Use His music in
Good ways not in bad ways because God create (Students are listening)
music. Psalm 30:12, to the end that may glory may
sing praises to God.
