Fare rules

Changes, such as rebooking, must be done more than 4 hours before the flight. This is allowed on most fare
types, subject to penalties and fare difference.

Fast check­in

Check in via mobile app, website, kiosk to get your seat number and boarding pass.

Mobile and web check­in options are available from 72 to 4 hours before flight. Self­service kiosks are available on
select airports from 8 to 1 hour before flight.

Check­in counters and boarding gates

Check­in counters open as early as 3 hours before flight, and close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of
departure.

After check­in, you must be at your designated boarding gate 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
Check­in and boarding times vary and depend on the airport of departure.

Counter and Bag Drop closure

Flights leaving Dubai, Doha, Kuwait and Riyadh: 60 minutes before departure

All other fights: 45 minutes before departure

Guests will not be allowed to take the flight after check­in counters and boarding gates close.

For guests with Interline itineraries, the Operating Carrier’s check­in and boarding times apply.

Proof of identity

For everyone’s security, our airports team has to verify that your valid photo ID matches the name in your ticket
itinerary. For senior citizens and persons with disability, the OSCA ID and PWD ID may be required to be
presented upon check­in.

Bags

Don’t have baggage allowance yet? Options for prepaid baggage allowance are available up to 4 hours before the
flight.

Bags for check­in must not exceed 30 kilos per piece, and not contain fragile or valuable items. You may carry one
item inside the aircraft cabin, provided it weighs 7 kilos or less.

Travel documents

International travelers must possess valid passports and applicable visas. Cebu Pacific is a point­to­point carrier. As
such, you are responsible for complying with the immigration, custom or other legal requirements of the countries
that you have flown from, will connect through or fly into.

Those connecting via Dubai may avail of baggage transfer services 24 hours before arrival.

All passengers flying into Sydney must clear immigration upon arrival, those who have onward connection
to a third country will not be able to use transit facilities and may be required a transit visa issued by
Australia.

For bookings made online and through the reservation hotline, TIEZA (Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise
Zone Authority) will collect from you the Philippine Travel Tax amounting to Php 1,620.00 on the day of travel.
This applies if you are travelling internationally from the Philippines, and holding a Philippine passport (unless
exempted).
