A DOCKING & UNDOCKING SERVICES :

A-1 Docking and undocking, including first day rental.


Dock rentals of each subsequent laydays.

A-3 Preparation of Blocks :
a. Erection of center blocks for proper docking.
b. Erection of side blocks for proper docking and shoring.
A-4 Line handlers for mooring and unmooring during docking/undocking.
Wharfage fee during stay of vessel along side of wharf after

dry-docking for completion of all repair works.

B HULL PRESERVATION WORKS :


B-1 Scraping of tenacious marine growth and barnacles from keel to LWL.
Jetwashing with high pressured fresh water to remove salts deposit

and other marine contaminants from keel to DLL.
B-3 Grit sandblasting of entire hull to the following :
a. Keel to DLL
Spotblasting 40%
Sweepblasting 60%
b. DLL to bulwark top
Spotblasting 40%
Sweepblasting 60%

B HULL PRESERVATION WORKS :


B-4 Jetwashing with low pressured fresh water prior to 2nd coat painting.
Airless spray painting of gritblasted hull using owner supplied

a. Keel to DLL
applied one ( 1 ) touch-up coat of super bondex gray paint
applied one ( 1 ) full coats of epicon marine hb-al paint
applied two ( 2 ) full coats of seagrand prix anti-fouling mark paint
b. DLL to bulwark top
applied one ( 1 ) touch-up coat of super bondex gray paint
applied one ( 1 ) full coat of super bondex gray paint
applied one ( 1 ) full coat of epoxy enamel white paint
B-6 Covering of hull anodes with tapes prior to painting and peeled-off.
B-7 Painting of draft marks at port and stbd side.
Painting of port of registry.
B-8 Staging inway of hull cleaning and painting.

C PLATES & SECTIONS :


C-1 Crop-out and replate deteriorated forward side shell platings.

D RUDDER, PROPELLER & SHAFT WORKS :


D-1 RUDDER WORKS :
a. Removal and reinstallation of jumping collar.
b. Checked clearances of upper neck, lower neck and puntle bearings
and submiited results to Owner's Representative.
c. Installation of lifting padeye.
d. Disconnection and reconnection of steering gear from stock.
e. Pull-out of rudder stock inway to renew upper and lower bearing
and install after.
f. Pull-out of pintle bearing inway for renewal.
g. Removal and reinstallation of rudder blade inway to pull-out and
reinstall propeller and tailshaft.
D-2 PROPELLER WORKS :
a. Removal and reinstallation of D = 67 inches x P = 42 inches x
four ( 4 ) bladed propeller.

D RUDDER, PROPELLER & SHAFT WORKS :


D-2 PROPELLER WORKS :
b. Reconditioning of bronze propeller size 67" diameter x 42" pitch x
4 blade right hand rotation, such as straightening bent blades, alignment
on trailing and leading edges from 3R to tip, equal blade spacing
balancing and polishing.
D-3 TAILSHAFT WORKS :
a. Checked clearances of inboard and outboard bearings and
submiited results to Owner's Representative.
c. Slackened coupling bolts, disconnected coupling from shaft, draw-
out and reinstallation of 4 inØ water lubricated tailshaft.
d. Checking straightness and polishing of tailshaft on workshop.
e. Removed worn-out inboard and outboard bearings and installed
newly machined magkuno wood bearings.
f. Repacking of stuffing box gland.
D-4 Lifting of propeller and tailshaft ( pull-out and install )
Hauling of propeller and tailshaft to workshop for repair and returned
D-5
back later after completion.
D-6 Staging inway of propulsion works.

D RUDDER, PROPELLER & SHAFT WORKS :


D-7 Sea Valves and Sea Chests :
a. Removal of gratings of sea chests, cleaning of inner surfaces,
blasting, painting with A/C & A/F and refitting.
b. Disconnected, removed valves from sea chest and later reinstalled.
c. Opening of sea valves for inspection, cleaning, grinding, blasting,
valve seat lapping, painting with A/C and repacking.

Conducted onboard sea trial to determine satisfactory of completed

E MACHINING WORKS :
E-1 Alignment of bended portions of tailshaft by machine pressed.
Reface from outboard to inboard and fibering packing portion of

tailshaft.
Fabricate rudder pin sleeve using material manganese bronze

Machining of tailshaft bearings using magkuno wood :
E-4 Inboard : OD = 239.3 mm ID = 193 mm L = 8inches
Outboard : OD = 240.1 mm ID = 197.2 mm L = 725 mm

F GENERAL SERVICES :
F-1 HULL GAUGING :
a. Conducted hammer testing on entire hull below H2O line for utg testing.
b. Conducted UTG testing on marked suspected areas of entire hull.
c. Provision of new shell expansion plan in absence of reference plan.
d. Furnished CAD drawing of shell expansion plan and indicated
updated readings taken from utg testing.
e. Provision of CAD drawing for new docking plan .
F-2 Shore Power :
a. Line connection and disconnection.
b. Supply of power onboard during repair works.
F-3 Fire Watchman and Security Watchman :
a. Fire watchman during the entire duration of repair.
b. Security watchman during the entire duration of repair.
F-4 Daily galley garbage during the entire duration of repair.
Conducted megger test on all motors and panel boards and submitted

insulation resistance report to OR as per MARINA requirements.
