already been fully paid.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby

acknowledged by me from ROMEO BALABA RATO, likewise of legal age, single,
Filipino and a resident of Zone 1 Brgy. Loguilo, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental, do
hereby assign, cede and transfer in a manner absolute and irrevocable unto
said ROMEO BALABA RATO, her heirs and assigns, all my rights and interest
over the said Life Plan Policy.
