and postal address at Sto. Angel Central, Sta. Cruz, Laguna after being
duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state;

1. That I am the person who saw the post of Erica Jennah Yago
Sevilla in Facebook;

2. That she denominated her name in Facebook as Eajahay Sevilla;

3. That the post was published on April 6, 2018;

4. That it was used to defame, degrade and besmirched the

reputation of herein Adrian Samson in this case;

5. That this affidavit is being executed to prove that she actually saw
the post on that date which she deleted earlier;

That this affidavit is being executed to prove the above facts and
for all legal intents and purposes;
