Subject: Request for MIS project plans and reports

In accordance with the AALRTS management contract, the contractor is responsible to build
management information system based on LRT operation mode, site conditions, any applicable
requirements and international standards. Accordingly, the contractor has started MIS
development and implementation.

However, the contractor did not submit system investigation, analysis and design reports as well
as implementation and procurement plans. Therefore, you are kindly requested to submit the
aforementioned reports and plans supported by technical evidences.
