Confirmed Deaths of Dan Archbald and

Ryan Daley

The family of Ben Kilmer issued the following statement on the confirmed deaths of Dan
Archbald and Ryan Daley:

“We are deeply saddened to learn that Dan Archbald and Ryan Daley have been found
deceased.

“With heavy hearts, we offer our sincere condolences to the families, friends, and loved
ones of Dan and Ryan.

“At this point in time, there is no evidence linking the cases of Dan and Ryan with Ben’s
disappearance. However, we empathize with these two families who have endured the
shared agony of losing their loved ones on the same day that Ben went missing.

“We had hoped and prayed that the outcome would be very different, and ask others to
join us now in respecting the privacy of these two grieving families.”

The Kilmer family will have no further comment on the deaths of Dan Archbald or
Ryan Daley.
