How to Deactivate and Re‐activate Jeppesen Mobile FliteDeck 

 
1. From the iPad settings tool, tap 
JeppFD on the lower side of the 
screen (you may have to scroll 
down). 
2. On the right side of the 
application settings, scroll to the 
bottom and toggle the 
Deactivate switch to “ON” or 
GREEN (this can vary depending 
on your iOS version). 
a. Make sure to write 
down your registration 
information formatted 
as XXXX‐XXXX ‘/’ XXX‐
XXXX‐XXXX‐XXXX where   
the latter 16 characters 
are the ‘Serial Number’ 
required for activation. 
     
3. Exit the iPad settings and re‐
launch Mobile FliteDeck. Wait a 
short moment for the 
Deactivate window to appear 
and select “Proceed”. 

     
4. Enter your name and serial 16  
character number again and tap 
“Activate”. 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
 
5. Download a full chart set by 
tapping the “Update” button
