1. Assist in managing clinical trials in accordance to international and local GCP and regulatory
requirements.
2. Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with the sponsor, health authority,
hospital administration
and study site personnel, to achieve optimal results.
3. Ability to travel on domestic and overseas monitoring assignments.
4. Ability to conduct feasibility studies.
5. Knowledge on project and vendor management.
6. Ability to work independently and at the same time be a team player.
7. Result-oriented with strong self-motivation.
8. Meticulous and have an eye for details.
9. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelined.
10. 1-2 years clinical trial and research experience in a hospital CTU/CTC/CRC,
pharmaceutical, biotechnology,
healthcare or CRO industries.
